This young girl underwent two previous revision surgeries with unfortunate outcome. She had an asymmetrical degree of breast implant encapsulation which was complicated by a breast implant infection requiring drainage of her right breast. You can make out the details of her unsightly scar and flattening of her skin in the accompanying preoperative photos.

Dr. Randall Haworth, being a breast implant revision specialist in Beverly Hills, performed a explanation (removal) of her implants, a bilateral capsulectomy (entire removal of her scar tissue/capsule) and replacement with new silicone gel implants. Notice the vast improvement in terms of shape and natural hang to the breast. Her breasts not only look natural but they feel natural as well, both to herself (after 3 to 4 months) and to her partner!
