This young patient had a previous rhinoplasty with an obvious" inverted V" deformity and the hint of a pinched tip. She came to Dr. Randal Haworth, a top rhinoplasty specialist located in Beverly Hills, to seek correction of the aforementioned problems including her breathing oh and the creation of a softer, cuter yet natural nose. He performed an open rhinoplasty to not only setback her overly projected nasal tip but also to place spreader grafts to create a more confluent, uninterrupted brow-tip curvilinear line.

Patient was delighted with her results. She is approximately two weeks after surgery and already she is donning make up after the open rhinoplasty performed by Dr. HAWORTH, one of the top rhinoplasty surgeons in California.

Note the more recessed nasal tip and the more feminine interplay between her eyes and her nose. Dr. HAWORTH says 80% of his post rhinoplasty patients are happy as soon as the cast is removed at seven days and 95% are delighted by the end of the third week.
