This young patient requested refinement of her nose and felt it was not fitting to her face. She felt, that the nose was too big for her face and analysis revealed that part of her problem was that she had a low radix. This meant that the angle formed between her forehand and top of her nose (nasofrontal angle) was situated too low (the ideal position would be at the level of her upper eyelash).
Dr. Haworth, rhinoplasty expert Beverly Hills, performed his classic rhinoplasty with type refinement, hump reduction, osteotomies and placement of a radix graft to raise the nasofrontal angle by approximately 5 mm. 10 month follow-up is shown.
