This young woman actor had two previous rhinoplasties and wanted to come to a revision rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills or Los Angeles to correct what she described as a "potato nose". Her tip was asymmetrical, ill-defined and drooping. She had difficulty breathing as well. She represented a classic case where the nose was boxing in her potential facial beauty from blossoming.

Dr Haworth is a revision rhinoplasty expert, who after assessing her problem, recommended and performed an open "nose job" to correct her nose. Not only did he straighten it, refine it and narrow it , but he also shortened the overhanging columella (the partition separating the left and right nostril seen on profile view) and improved her nasal obstruction.
