This 36 year old Hispanic female felt unattractive and indeed, was stigmatized as looking like a "witch" ever since she was a child. She specifically cited her long, pointy chin and her nose as contributing to this appearance. A previous attempt at improving her nose was obviously unsuccessful. After detailed consultations about her concerns and what would be needed to instill a visual glamour to her countenance, a plan of action was formulated to give her a new lease on life.

A secondary rhinoplasty to not only correct the deformities (retracted nostril rims, pinched tip and inverted "V" middle vault collapse), but also to improve the cosmetic appearance of her nose was performed. Both her septal and auricular(ear) cartilage were needed to add support to the nose. An endoscopic brow lift along with an Endotine midface lift, bony chin reduction, under-the-chin liposuction (to delineate the jawline), fat transfer to her lower eye hollows and lips (with corner lip lifts) were carried out as well.

The follow-up photographs reflect a 2.5 year postoperative result.
