This 31-year-old former model felt she began to look more tired and was suffering from progressive asymmetrical facial soft tissue atrophy. Her left side of her face was notably thinner. Dr. Haworth, a top rhinoplasty specialist inBeverly Hills, performed an endoscopic brow lift through four discrete incisions within the hairline, transfer her own fat (processed in a special way to maximize its survival), into her cheeks, lips eyelid hollows and jawline to create definition, while removing fat through liposuction under her jawline and neck. He also performed a rhinoplasty (just to render the tip more chic) while inserting a small silicone chin implant for projection and balance.
