This young girl of the middle Eastern/American descent did not like the shape and size of her nose. Specifically, if she felt that the nasal tip was to "bulbous" and distracted from the rest of her pretty face. Interestingly, even small aesthetic problems of a nose can completely throw the face "off-balance" and an expertly performed rhinoplasty may make a face "pop" turning an average looking girl into a stunning beauty.

Being a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, Dr. Randal Haworth performed a classic reduction rhinoplasty by employing suture techniques to refine the nasal cartilages and an osteotomy to narrow the nasal bones. Dr. Haworth, rhinoplasty expert Beverly Hills, removed some nasal alar cartilage in the process, of course, to achieve the final result. One year follow-up photographs are presented.
