This young female didn't like the shape or size of her nose. She felt it distracted from her beautiful eyes and other facial features. She also had a subtle but definite deviation in her nose preoperatively.

A primary reduction rhinoplasty along with a complex straightening of her nose was performed by Dr Haworth, rhinoplasty expert Beverly Hills. The 1 year follow up is presented.
