This patient requested correction of her crooked nose and her associated nasal obstruction. She also wanted her nose to be made smaller and more elegant in relationship to the rest of her facial features. Note the improved symmetry of the nose (straightening), softening of the nasal tip (the alar cartilages were visible preoperatively through the thin skin) and the aesthetically pleasing profile of the nasal bridge and tip.
