This lovely attorney was born with a cleft lip and palate with an accompanying nasal deformity. She had undergone myriad corrective and revisional rhinoplasties as well as cleft lip/pallet repairs and revisions by other surgeons. She came to Dr. HAWORTH, one of the worlds preeminent lip reshaping experts, located in Beverly Hills, to seek improvement of her oral region. After careful analysis of the multiple issues contributing to her net appearance, he elected to perform an upper lip lift along with a modified corner lip lift, re-creation of her vermilion border/white roll and centralizing her lower lip spread via a lower lip V-Y plasty to create more appealing fullness in her middle half as well as elevation and narrowing of her mouth in general.

HAWORTH also performed a revision rhinoplasty which was challenging considering all the previous surgery she had had performed throughout her life on her nose. Revision rhinoplasties are always more challenging considering the surgeon must reshape the nose with damaged tissue including cartilage, bone and scarred skin. Dr. Haworth also further refined the lip by re-creating a natural philtral column and flanking outer slope with permanent filler which can be seen on this oblique view..
