This 56 year old female had undergone 2 previous facelifts and rhinoplasties. She was still dissatisfied with her appearance, including her lips. Most surgeons would offer simple volume augmentation to her lips, but that would only solve part of the picture. To achieve a truly harmonious result that is both natural and sensual, a lip reshaping procedure in the form of an upper lip lift and lower V_Y plasty (to roll out the central lower lip into a pout) needed to be performed. Here is the result 1.5 years later.
