This patient was in her late 70's. She exhibited all the typical signs of perioral aging-the long, thin, inverted lips; corner lip droop; a long upper lip (without any upper tooth display) and lip wrinkles. This caused her lipstick to "bleed". This 2 year follow-up clearly demonstrates the long-term efficacy of combination lip enhancement. All of the unflattering signs of aging around her mouth were surgically addressed. This is a classic case of how surgical lip reshaping(upper and corner lip lifts with a lower lip V-Y plasty) can be more important than just adding volume to the lips alone. Even though it is a strong laser, the CO2 laser is the best laser to remove lips wrinkles.
