This young mother of three came to Dr. Randal Haworth, a breast implant revision specialist in Beverly Hills to seek rejuvenation of her breasts. Not only did Dr. Haworth note that she had a subtle constriction deformity of her breasts leading to a downward pointing nipple-areolar complex (NAC) bilaterally as well as a tight lower pole (with a decreased distance from the lower edge of her areola to her breast crease) but her left NAC was not only pointing downward but also outward as well.
Dr.Haworth performed a breast augmentation utilizing Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants, in a dual-plane position (partially under the muscle) in addition to a NAC lift. The NAC lift was designed not only to elevate the same but also move the left NAC more to the midline.

One can clearly see the constriction deformities from this view preoperatively, especially the tight lower poles and the downward facing nipple-areolar complexes. A two-month postoperative view is presented. The "nipple lift" done by removing a crescent of skin in a strategic fashion so to shift the position of the NAC can be seen as well as the change from the breast augmentation.

Randal Haworth MD was able to create a graceful teardrop-shaped natural breast enlargement despite the significant change in size.
