This patient is in her 30's and requested breast enhancement and correction of her subtle asymmetry (her right nipple areolar complex was lower than her left). Originally, a submuscular dual-plane saline breast augmentation along with a right nipple lift was performed. Due to rippling and other concerns, a replacement to Memory Gel Mentor smooth silicone gel implants was performed. The final results are presented.
