This 35 yo mother had the typical complaints voiced by women who nursed, complaining of "deflated breasts" that were "unattractive", contributing nothing to a balanced look in her body. She underwent a strictly subpectoral smooth Moderate Profile silicone gel augmentation (a third of the implant was not covered by the pectoralis major muscle)
