This young lady was complaining of small breasts, feeling that she was not balanced appropriately with her wide hips and lower body in general. She came to Dr. Haworth, a Beverly Hills add Los Angeles specialist in breast implant augmentation, in order to obtain a natural and balanced look. It was important to her that her breasts are very soft as well as look very natural. Dr. Haworth concluded that she had a variant of a constricted breast deformity (manifested by a very short inferior areolar border to lower breast crease distance). Dr. Haworth performed a breast augmentation utilizing saline implants (because silicone gels were not widely available at the time) under the pectoralis major muscle via a biplanar technique to allow expansion of the lower pole of the breast. A convincingly naturally appearing and feeling breast resulted that matched the width, shape and size of the rest of her body.
