This young mother sustained disfiguring scars from 3rd degree burns she acquired as a child. She displayed obvious asymmetry and a relatively non-expandable skin envelope of her right breast, posing a considerable challenge to a successful breast enhancement. Dr Randal Haworth, a Beverly Hills breast augmentation specialist, performed a subpectoral, biplanar augmentation with a smooth silicone (Memory gel) implant was performed. Since the right breast was particularly scarred, an extra challenge was posed to Haworth in order to get the implant and breast to hang naturally.
