This female patient came to Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon Dr. Randal Haworth, a top lip lift expert surgeon, for not only facial rejuvenation but also for improvement in her perioral region. He realized she had a long, flat upper lip (the distance from her nose to her upper vermilion border at the cupid's bow was a long) without upper tooth show. He performed an upper lip lift along with a lower lip V2Y plasty to pout out the middle third of her lower lip to match her newly everted (rolled out) upper as well as hide some of her lower tooth exposure. Four months follow ups are presented.
