This patient, who was one of the cast members on the hit reality Fox TV show The Swan, was not only complaining of nearly nonexistent upper and lower lips but also lack of tooth show. Unfortunately, she had no teeth at all to show in the first place. In order to reconstruct the soft tissue of the lips, a foundation needs to be built similar to a house. The foundation comes in the form of dentation upon which the lips can rest and give aesthetic perspective.

Working hand in hand with the dentist, her teeth were first reconstructed utilizing dental implants secured to her upper and lower jaw bones.
