This lady had hyperthyroidism with the classic signs of bulging, "bug eyes" as well as signs of aging. She had excess skin and fat within both the upper and lower eyelids. I, as a specialist of facial plastic surgery in Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, performed a classic upper blepharoplasty along with a lower one (to reduce the fat "pockets") to decrease the bulging eye appearance and fat transfer of the "tear troughs". A midface lift with an Endotine ST was performed additionally through two small incisions behind the the temple hairline and two in the mouth.
