This 24 year old girl suffered from back, neck and shoulder pain related to the size of her natural breasts. She felt that her breasts were too large for her frame and they remained large despite diets. She underwent a classic breast reduction using an Anchor-type scar . Her healing was uneventful. This is a 3 month postoperative result.
