Dr. Haworth as a breast implant revision specialist in Beverly Hills sees many unfavorable results from past breast augmentation surgeries performed by other surgeons. This young lady underwent a saline breast implants augmentation a number of years back "under the muscle"(Under the pectoralis major muscle, that is). Unfortunately, she sustained breast implant "ptosis" which is to say her implants were falling below her natural breast crease. Additionally, it is obvious she has asymmetry of her breasts which embarrassed her both in and out of clothes.

Dr. Randal Haworth replaced her saline implants with new "memory gel" silicone implants, keeping them in the sub muscular position. However, he additionally performed a bilaterally asymmetrical capsulorraphy to close the inferior and lateral aspects of her breast implant pockets in order to raise and modify the natural breast crease to a more medialized and superior position.

Unlike other breast implant revision surgeries, closing the pockets via capsulorraphies can be a somewhat painful procedure but fortunately, this subsides rather rapidly. One year follow-up photographs are presented.
