This young girl detested her Pinocchio nose which was the unfortunate result of a previous rhinoplasty. To even the least discerning or observant of persons, it is obvious this nose was deformed. As a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, Dr Haworth chose an "open" approach to address this problem. Through delicate manoeuvers to retract the overly projecting nasal tip by modifying the alar cartilages, he was able to bring the actual tip in line with the nasal bridge. Note the improved shape, angles and harmonious interplay between the corrected nose and her other facial features.
