This beautiful young woman was my old surgical scrub technician. She manifested the disappointing results of a previous rhinoplasty some 5 years before she started working with me. Her nasal tip was still wide, ill-defined and bulbous and the fact that it was drooping as well did not brighten the picture . Dr Haworth is a specialist in both primary and revision rhinoplasty in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. He chose an "open" surgical approach to perform the revision rhinoplasty. The goal of the surgery was to elevate and stabilize the nasal tip while refining and narrowing it during the same sitting with both cartilage grafts and strategic suturing. 2 year follow up is presented- note the improved balance in her facial anatomy.
