This young actress came to Dr. Haworth, a top Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, to seek improvement in her body contour. Specifically, she wanted more of an hour-glass figure with a narrower waist and no hip rolls ("muffin tops"), while enhancing a feminine silhouette. She had a tall bony pelvis which complicated matters since more curve was need in her midsection to hip transition. Therefore Dr Haworth, a fat transfer specialist in Beverly Hills, purified the fat he obtained via low pressure harvest and then artistically transferred it into the buttock regions. This is the essence of a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift).
