This patient of Dr. Haworth, one of the world's best hyperaesthetic facial plastic surgeon practicing in Beverly Hills, wanted to look significantly younger and, especially concerned with her "turkey neck", jowls and tired eyes. He wanted to perform his rotational endoscopic brow lift because he did not want to give her a "surprised " appearance.

Through four discreet incisions located within the scalp hair, and utilizing a fiber optic camera along with specialized instruments, Haworth performed his rotational endoscopic brow lift to not only raise the eyebrows in a subtle yet glamorous way, maintaining emphasizing her arch but also to remove the corrugator muscles which are responsible for producing the vertical wrinkles between her brows. A neuromodulator or Botox generally is not necessary in this area anymore. Transverse forehead lines are dramatically softened and she is still able to move her brows up-and-down. 

In addition to the endoscopic brow lift, top  Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Haworth performed a lower blepharoplasty along with transfer of fat from her body into her dark circles/" tear troughs". This latter maneuver provides a smooth transition from the lower eyelid onto the anterior cheek mound itself. He also performed his modified facelift utilizing hidden incisions in and around the ears. Dr. HAWORTH excels at not only hiding the scars but also retaining the natural topography/anatomy of the delicate ear structures themselves. Not only is her midfacial fat pad elevated but also her jowls are dramatically reduced and her jawline redefined.
