This mid 50's gentleman felt he looked exhausted which did not compliment his energy in his succesful real estate business. He not only sought to "turn back the clock" by 15 years, but also to achieve better facial proportion through nasal refinement. Dr. Haworth, facelift expert Beverly Hills, performed a modified comprehensive facelift, Transbleph browlift (done through the same upper eyelid incision that an upper eyelift-blepharoplasty is performed), chin augmentatiuon and a rhinoplasty amongst other surgical changes. The patient is still somewhat swollen at the time of this 3.5 month followup photographic set, but he still looks vastly refreshed over his preop appearance. Dr. Haworth, rhinoplasty expert Beverly Hills, advised that the vast majority of facelift swelling dissipates withing 3 months, but it can take up to to a year for all vestiges of "water retention" to disppear.
