Dr. HAWORTH performed his rotational endoscopic brow lift in which only four 2 cm incisions behind the hairline, within the scalp, are utilized as opposed to the traditional five. Finally, her noticeable lower eyelid hollows or "tear troughs" were addressed by placing purified fat taken from the patient's own body into this area under magnification to create a smooth transition from the lower eyelid into the cheek. Furthermore, extra skin was carefully removed from the lower eyelid during this blepharoplasty and as you can see, the final scar is essentially invisible. Only one stitch it's employed for this lower blepharoplasty and it's removed in five days. One can return to work very soon after the operation.
