This young woman in her mid-30s was complaining of "tired looking" lower eyes. On examination, it was apparent that she had minor protrusion of her eyelid fat bags, dark circles and hollows around her lower eyes as well as some wrinkling of her skin. She had good , resilient lid tone and therefore was a good candidate for a blepharoplasty (to remove the excess skin via a nearly invisible incision below her lower eyelash line as well as remove the excess protruding fat bags from an incision behind her actual lower eyelid).
