Young male clients of Dr. Randal Haworth, plastic surgeon from Fox’s The Swan, often want to emulate the Hollywood ideal. “People want to customize themselves as organically as they can to compete in jobs or to look younger,” says Dr. Haworth. Men now make 20-25% of his patients and liposuction of the abdomen is his most requested cosmetic procedure. Male patients as young as 30 undergo eyelid surgery to correct tired eyes, while men in their teens and early 20s opt for a “Hollywood” nose.
